Wilson K4: 4 Pickups for 4-str. bass

The K4 Wilson Pickup has, since 1985, been the professional choice of amplification system for acoustic instruments. Designed for 4-string double basses and other low-frequency instruments (bass balalaika, etc.), the K4 provides everything you need for both stage performance and studio recording.

The natural wood sound is focused and delivers the punch of the bass along with body and warmth. The sound is clean and clear, working equally well for pizzicato and arco playing, with absolutely no feedback at any level.

The Wilson K Pickup amplifies each individual string on your double bass, covering a frequency range from below the low B/C string and up through harmonics and overtones, extending beyond the audible range of the human ear.

Four pickups are connected to a Switchcraft 121 extension jack. Special mounting tools and a mounting bracket are included with each set of K4 pickups.
