The Xlson Microphone System – in a nutshell:
- Rich, natural sound

Following the partial success with the predecessor, the Chuck Israels signature microphone, jazz bassist and inventor Peter Axelsson set out to take his unique and now proven microphone concept to new heights.
The result is a truly elegant system, where most of the electronics were moved from the microphone itself and placed in a separate preamp (included). The goal was to make the microphone as small and lightweight as possible without compromising sound quality.
During the two-year development process, every component was thoroughly tested and refined until the system reached an exceptionally high standard in every imaginable way.
The preamp has two outputs: one balanced XLR output and one amp output for a standard jack cable. The silver-colored optimizing wheel on top of the preamp controls the blend with surrounding sounds.
Turning the wheel all the way down allows more ambient sound to pass through the microphone, while turning it fully up minimizes sound bleed — which in most cases is preferred.
The Xlson Microphone System attaches easily over the f-hole (or round hole on western guitars) using the included clamp. The contact surface is made of soft rubber to avoid scratching the instrument.

Produsent
