EMG J-SET-BK

The EMG-J delivers a rich sound with sweeping harmonic overtones and openness, adding dimension to your bass. The EMG-J Pickups have a low resistance/inductance ratio, which increases the amount of bass, but since they have retained the close-wound coil construction, they retain the typical jazz bass sound. Instead of side-by-side magnet poles, the EMG-J features a curved magnet to better follow the radius of the fingerboard. Whether you play traditional bass or fretless, you get a superior sound that still retains the traditional sound.
