D5400LB Live for Double Bass / Upright Bass
The D5400LB Live is designed for extreme loud live productions and delivers a natural, yet more “dry” and “woodish” sound response compared to the Studio/Live model.
The “LB” version represents the highest suppression of ambient sound sources ever achieved by a condenser microphone. If you need a microphone with very low acoustic feedback response, the D5400LB Live is the ideal choice.
At the same time, the microphone maintains the aesthetic appearance of the instrument for the audience, as no clamps or clips are used to mount or hold the microphone.
Built-in windshield
All microphones for string instruments feature a built-in windshield designed to drastically reduce wind noise during open-air performances.
The windshield is placed inside the microphone, making it invisible and non-removable. With the built-in windshield, no additional wind protection is required.
The built-in windshield does not affect the microphone’s sound quality or overall performance.
